Your meta tags help to show the different search engines what your site is about.  The value of these tags has declined greatly as search engines have improved, but it does give you a starting point.

I have created this simple tool to help you develop your meta tags.  There is a character limit on the title and description to keep with the current best practices of the SEO industry.

Simply enter in your page title, description, keywords, and your name and it will generate meta tags for you to paste into your html header code.
